ORIENTAL COLE SLAW

INGREDIENTS:

4 CUPS SHREDDED CABBAGE
1 CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS
4 GREEN ONIONS INCLUDING TOPS CHOPPED
1 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
3 OUNCE PACKAGE CHICKED FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLE SOUP MIX

DRESSING:
1/2 SUNFLOWER OIL
3 TABLESPOON WHITE VINEGAR
1/8 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 CUP SUGAR
FLAVORING FROM SOUP MIX

PROCESS:
In a large bowl, toss cabbage,almonds, sunflower seeds and onion together
30 minutes before serving break up noodle and add to mixture
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients , add to sallad and toss. Refrigerate and toss lightly before serving
