MEATBALLS WITH CHILI SAUCE/GRAPE JELLY

INGREDIENTS:

1 POUND GROUND MEAT
1/3 CUP MINCED ONIONS
1 EGG
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON WORCHESTERSHIRE
10 OUNCES GRAPE JELLY
1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS
1/4 CUP MILK
1 TABLESPOON PARSLEY ( FRESH IS ALWAYS BETTER )
1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
12 OUNCES CHILI SAUCE
1/2 STICK OF BUTTER


PROCESS:

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER,CHILI SAUCE AND GRAPE JELLY.
ROLL MIXTURE INTO BITE SIZED BALLS
SAUTEE IN BUTTER UNTIL BROWNED AND THEN DRAIN EXCESS LIQUID
HEAT CHILI SAUCE WITHGRAPE JELLY AND ADD MEATBALLS
SIMMER 30 MINUTES AND SERVE
