EGG CUBES

This simple breakfast was created to use old bread and rolls. Using fresh bread works but the consistency lacks the crunch and tThe soul of a Nana. Old rolls and dry bread of white flour are the best.

We have yet to see a kid who does not LOVE this!

INGREDIENTS:

OLD ROLLS OR BREAD CUT INTO CUBES
BUTTER
EGGS
SALT & PEPPER


PROCESS:
Using large frying pan toast bread cubes in butter. The amount is up to you. Dont skimp on butter.
Scamble a number of eggs in proportion to cubes and personal taste
When cubes are toasty brown add a little more butter and pour scrambled eggs over. Cook to consistency you desire (moist to dry)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
