CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 CUPS COOKED CHICKED CUT COARSE
1/2 POUND SEEDLESS GRAPES
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 TABLE SPOON LEMON JUICE
1 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 CUP HONEYDEW MELON BALLS
1 CUP CANTALOUPE BALLS
1 HEAD BOSTON LETTTUCE
1 CAN WATED CHESTNUTS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
1/2 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON SOY SAUCE
PROCESS:
Combine all ingredients except melon and lettuce...mix well
Add melon balls and toss lightly
Serve in lettuce cups
