APRICOT ALMOND BRIE

INGREDIENTS:
ONE ROUND OF BRIE ( 10 -12 OUNCES )
BLANCHED SLIVERED ALMONDS
2 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
1/2 CUP APRICOT PRESERVES
3 OUNCES PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
PROCESS:
MIX BUTTER,APRICOT PRESERVES AND CREAM CHEESE
BREAK SKIN ON TOP OF BRIE ROUND
SCOOP OUT JUST ENOUGH TO FILL WITH MIXTURE
REPLACE TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS
BAKE AT 375 FOR 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED
SERVE WARM WITH CRACKERS
OPTIONAL:
SKAJAS DONT WASTE....SPREAD BRIE TAKEN FROM THE ROUND ON CRACKERS AND ENJOY WITH A GOOD WHITE WINE. MAKES THE 10-15 MINUTE BAKING TIME FLY BY.
